This Privacy Policy explains how Techspawn Solutions ("we") handles data when you use Zync (the "App") to connect your Shopify store with Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory.

Data we process

• Shopify store data — products, orders, customers, and inventory needed to perform the syncs you enable.
• Zoho account data — OAuth tokens and organization details required to read and write Zoho records on your behalf.
• App settings — your sync rules, field mappings, and location mappings.
• Sync logs — records of sync activity for audit and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We process this data solely to provide the sync features you configure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Storage and security

Access tokens are stored securely and used only to call the Shopify and Zoho APIs. Sync runs on infrastructure controlled by us or our hosting providers. See our Security page for more.

Data retention & deletion

When you uninstall the App, we honor Shopify's mandatory data-redaction webhooks and remove store data on request. Email support@techspawn.com to request deletion.
