These Terms govern your use of Zync (the "App") provided by Techspawn Solutions. By installing or using the App, you agree to them.

Use of the App

The App connects your Shopify store with Zoho to sync data you choose. You are responsible for your Shopify and Zoho accounts, your configuration, and the accuracy of the data you sync.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system per the plan you select. Order-based overages, where applicable, are described on the Pricing page. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the App to violate Shopify or Zoho terms or applicable law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Disclaimer & liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techspawn Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Always verify critical financial records.

Changes
