Customer & inventory sync

Sync customers to contacts and keep stock aligned.

Customer sync

  1. Open Customers → Customer Settings and toggle Auto Sync on.
  2. Create a test customer in Shopify with name, email, and address.
  3. Check Customers → Customer Sync; new customers show as Synced.
  4. Use Sync All Customers to back-fill existing customers.

Inventory sync

  1. Open Products → Product Settings → Inventory Sync and toggle it on.
  2. Choose direction (Zoho → Shopify or Shopify → Zoho).
  3. Choose mode: real-time, scheduled (min 30 min), or manual.
  4. Update stock in your source system and confirm it reflects in the other.
