Order sync

Turn Shopify orders into Zoho sales orders or invoices.

Configure order settings

  1. Open Orders → Order Settings and toggle Auto Sync on.
  2. Set the record type: Sales Order or Invoice.
  3. Set payment, fulfillment, and order-source filters.
  4. Choose currency mode and invoice policy; toggle tags, notes, and tax.

Test order sync

Create a test order in Shopify. With auto-sync on, it appears as Synced shortly; otherwise click Sync. Confirm the record in Zoho has the correct customer, line items, totals, shipping, tax, and discounts. Use Resync to push the latest Shopify data.
