Product sync

Configure product settings

1. Open Products → Product Settings and toggle Auto Sync on.
2. Set the sync direction and product type (goods or service).
3. Enable auto-matching by SKU, barcode, or name to avoid duplicates.
4. Choose which fields to sync: title, description, price, SKU, barcode, weight, tags, image.

Sync products

Create a test product in Shopify, then open Products → Product Sync and click Sync. Multi-variant products appear in Zoho as item groups with each variant as a separate item. Use Sync All Products to bulk-sync, Resync to update, or Unlink to remove the Zoho link.
